The following companies offer fingerprinting services for medical licenses, visas, immigration, police clearance certificate, criminal background checks, and/or criminal history records clearance. A printable PDF version of this card is available here. The U.S. government does not endorse or certify the quality of these companies or services, but includes this information as a courtesy to U.S. citizens.
Because this is not a U.S. Embassy/Consulate service, we cannot provide pricing information. We suggest that you ask about the price before you do the fingerprinting.

You will need to bring your own fingerprinting form or card along with a government issued identity document. The form that is normally recognized is FBI form FD-258. A printable PDF version of this card is available here. Upon arrival at SCRB for fingerprinting service, you will be issued an invoice for payment of fees of Rs. 1000 (subject to change) at State Bank of India, Thousand Light branch, Chennai. You should produce the receipt of payment for the fingerprinting to be done.
