Health Alert – U.S. Mission to India

Location:  India

Event:  Air India has announced a new series of commercial evacuation flights departing from India to international destinations, including the United States, starting July 3.  The Air India evacuation flight schedule can be found here.  Air France, KLM, and Lufthansa continue to offer unscheduled flights to European cities where there are connecting flights to the United States.  U.S. persons are eligible to travel on these flights.  Interested travelers should contact airlines directly regarding these flights, not the U.S. Mission or other foreign missions in India.

We urge U.S. persons desiring to depart India to take advantage of these flights.

There are no further U.S. government charter flights scheduled or planned to evacuate U.S. persons from India at this time.
