This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. 191N6520Q0084 for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHUs at Enclave compound, U S Embassy, New Delhi”.  The solicitation is hereby cancelled for the convenience of the Government.  The reason for the cancellation was on account of change in the scope of work.  The U.S. Government intends to re-compete this requirement.  The same shall be notified publicly in accordance with FAR 5.101, and you are welcome to participate again.  The Amendment in the solicitation  A002 is launched and can be downloaded here.

The Embassy of the United States, New Delhi, India invite offerors to participate in the solicitation process for the “Removal of Existing Furniture, Fabricate, Supply and Installation of New Furniture, Table and Chairs” as per attached scope of work, BOQ and approved layout at American Embassy, Shantipath, Chankyapuri, New Delhi-110021 (India). Amendment in the Solicitation #191N6520Q0084-AOO1, Question and Answers, for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of AHUs at Enclave Compound, American Embassy, New Delhi – 110021

This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. 191N6520Q0084 for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHUs at Enclave compound, U S Embassy, New Delhi”.  In this regard, we have received a few questions.  These questions and their answers are posted here as an amendment in the solicitation on our web site for your reference. We feel that these QAs would help you in understanding the pricing section.   The Amendment in the solicitation is launched and can be downloaded here.  Accordingly the date to submit the offer is also postponed to September 10, 2020.
