SOLICITATION FOR PROVIDING TELEVISED MEDIA MONITORING SERVICES TO AMERICAN EMBASSY, EMBASSY NEW DELHI

The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing Televised Media Monitoring Services,  to American Embassy New Delhi.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for quotation (RFQ)SF1449Cover Letter, solicitation and Question sheet has been launched and can be downloaded here.

Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent in writing to Ms. Seema Luke at lukes@state.gov in the Q&A form as attached with the solicitation document, latest by January 29, 2021. Questions must be written in English. No questions will be entertained after January 29, 2021.

Note:  The solicitation closes on February 8, 2021 at 3 p.m. local time, i.e., all offers must be received by this deadline.  Read the RFQ for complete details. SOLICITATION FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING CONTRACT FOR SWIMMING POOL AT AMERICAN EMBASSY NEW DELHI

The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for “Comprehensive Maintenance and Cleaning Contract for Swimming Pool” at American Embassy New Delhi”.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the contract.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Solicitation Number 191N6521Q0020 has been launched and can be downloaded here (Cover Page) (Solicitation) (SF-1449).

CONTRACTOR WALKTHROUGH:

To understand the requirement completely and review of physical site inspection/taking measurement, we are conducting site survey on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 02:00 p.m.  Interested bidders are requested to provide the names (as mentioned on the photo ID) of visitors immediately upon receipt of the solicitation, to arrange their access permission. Visitors must reach at American Embassy, Gate-B, Chandragupta Marg, 15 minutes before start of site visit and carry original photo ID card to complete the security procedure. Please read the requirement carefully and raise all technical queries at the time of site inspection. All the answer on technical query will be provided at the time of site inspection.

NOTE:

SAM REGISTRATION:

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov   prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

For registering with SAM you would need DUNS number and NCAGE number.  Please get these registration first and then apply for SAM registration.

To register an entity in SAM, follow these steps:
Step 1:  Access the SAM online registration at www.sam.gov
Step 2:  Create a User Account.
Step 3:  Click on “Register New Entity” from the left side navigation pane. You must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS**) number in order to begin the registration process.
Step 4: Complete and submit the online registration. If you already have the necessary information on hand, the online registration takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending upon the size and complexity of your entity.

Solicitation Number 19-1N65-21-Q-0017 for “Annual Contract for Servicing of Photocopiers Machines under FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement) and Annual Contract”

The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract to a responsible firm who has submitted an acceptable quotation that is Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussion with firm in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line “Solicitation Number 19-1N65-21-Q-0017” to newdelhibids@state.gov on or before 1700 hours (New Delhi time) January 06, 2021.
