Solicitation for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Swimming Pool at U S Embassy New Delhi

The Embassy of the United States in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for “Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Swimming Pool at ACSA, U S Embassy New Delhi” in India.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the contract.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Solicitation Number 191N6523Q0007 has been launched and can be downloaded here (Cover Letter) (SF-1449) (Solicitation).

NOTE:

SITE VISIT: The site visit will be conducted on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 2 p.m. at American Embassy, Gate ‘C’, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send participant’s names at ChellaramaniA@state.gov , by/before 3 p.m. November 29, 2022, for arranging entry in the building.  Please provide complete names of the participants as printed on their valid ID proof like Aadhar / driving license / passport / voter ID card and they must carry the same ID in original during the site visit. No substitutions shall be permitted.

BID CLOSING DATE: The solicitation closes on December 9, 2022 at 1700 hrs (Indian Time), which means all offers must be received by this deadline. Your proposal must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov. Read the Solicitation for complete details. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent to Mr. Ashok Chellaramani at ChellaramaniA@state.gov , latest by/before 5 p.m., November 30, 2022.  No questions will be entertained after November 30.  The reply to the questions will be shared with all prospection bidders.

Dear Offerors,

This is to advise you that solicitation number 191N4722Q0016 for the Wastewater Treatment and Sludge Removal services has been canceled.

The U.S. Government has decided that the services require having two separate contracts instead.  The Government is therefore revising its requirements.  This revision will take time to complete.
