The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for BAS upgrade at American Center, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, American Embassy, New Delhi, India. The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide BAS upgradation services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Note: The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 6, 2020 at 1500 hours at American Center Building, 24, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi – 110001

Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at vedij@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on or before August 4, 2020 for arranging entry of their participants into the building. No substitutions will be permitted later. Complete names and contact numbers of the individuals participating in the site visit should be provided, and the participants must carry a valid ID proof like driving license or passport or voter ID card during the site visit.
