Supply of High Speed Diesel for U.S. Consulate Kolkata
The American Consulate General, Kolkata has a requirement of 17,000 liters of High Speed Diesel to be used for diesel generators. The details of requirement are as follows:
- Supply, deliver, refuel diesel to underground storage tank and external generator tank in quantities broken up as per our requirement. Please note that WE DO NOT REQUIRE FULL REQUESTED QUANTITIY AT A TIME.
- The delivery must be made at site with diesel counter meter during delivery to note amount of diesel delivered each time.
- Test certificate for the diesel quality must be provided at the time of each delivery.
- Quantity required: 17,000 liters.

Requirement of Storage Space for US Consulate, Kolkata
The U.S. Consulate, Kolkata has a requirement of climate controlled safe and secure storage space/warehouse for storing furniture and other household goods as described below. Approximate area required: 2000 sq.ft or more capacity.
Minimum period for storage: 06 months, which may be extended depending upon the requirement and satisfactory performance.

The following criteria need to be considered:
1. Installation of sufficient number of air-conditioners to ensure no damage to the stored furniture and other goods by maintaining the required temperature and humidity at all times.
2. Fire warning and suppression system must be in place in working condition
3. Vermin control to avoid any damage to the stored items due to pests etc.
4. Dust accumulation on the goods must be avoided.
5. Ventilation in the space as necessary to avoid molds etc.
6. Necessary racks to keep the items in an orderly manner
7. Appropriate security measures must be in place to avoid theft or misplacement of goods
8. Required protection against water ingress during rainy season
9. Insurance cover for fire causing damages to the property inside the warehouse
10. Loading-unloading bay with vehicle parking facilities
11. Provision for surprise visits at the storage location as and when the Consulate deems necessary without prior intimation

The U.S. Consulate in Kolkata has at present a requirement of A&E Consultancy services for building inspections for the proposed acquisition of various residential properties in Kolkata.
The Scope of Work (SOW) would be to produce comprehensive building inspection reports that will assist the U.S. Government in its evaluation of properties under consideration for acquisition. The reports will be used as partial justification for the approval or disapproval of any or all of these acquisitions. The residential properties are two residential condominiums. The sizes of the residences are 24, 200 square feet each.
