Consular Services in Pune

Dear U.S. Citizens:

As part of our continuing effort to provide consular services to U.S. citizens outside of Mumbai, a team from U.S. Consulate General Mumbai will visit Pune on July 30-31, 2014.  The team will process applications for U.S. passports, notarize documents for use in the United States, and provide voting assistance.

These services will be offered by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment, kindly send an email to mumbaiacs@state.gov. We will reply to provide your appointment time,  the venue address, and more details on application procedures.

American citizens wishing to renew a passport can bring a completed application, passport photos, and a demand draft for payment.  Application details can be found at http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov.  Please pay particular attention to the special requirements that apply to passport applications for minor children.

The U.S. Consulate team will also notarize documents.  Please bring the documents, a valid passport or other photo identification, witnesses if needed, and a demand draft for the notary fee.  Additional information regarding these services can be found at http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov or www.travel.state.gov.

Please help us spread the news by passing along this information below to other U.S. citizens in your area.  We look forward to meeting you.
