Consular Services in Goa

Dear U.S. Citizens:

As part of our continuing effort to provide consular services to U.S. citizens outside of Mumbai, a team from U.S. Consulate General Mumbai will visit Goa on December 4-5, 2014.  The team will process applications for U.S. passports and notarize documents for use in the United States.

These services will be offered by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment, send an email to by December 1, 2014.  We will reply to provide your appointment time,  the venue address, and more details on application procedures.

U.S. citizens who wish to renew a passport will need to bring a completed application, passport photos, and a demand draft for payment.  Application details can be found at  Please pay particular attention to the special requirements that apply to passport applications for minor children.

The U.S. Consulate team will also notarize documents.  Please bring the documents, a valid passport or other photo identification, witnesses if needed, and a demand draft for the notary fee.  Additional information regarding these services can be found at or
