INDIA/New Delhi, August 21, 2023 – Students and parents interested in learning about opportunities to pursue higher education in the United States are invited to participate in an in-person fair with U.S. university representatives.
EducationUSA at the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), New Delhi, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy, will host a university fair from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at the India Habitat Center. This fair will provide an opportunity for students and their parents to meet with representatives of 38 accredited universities and colleges from different parts of the United States. The fair is open to students seeking bachelor’s as well as master’s and PhD programs in the United States. There is no participation fee, but registration is required.

American higher education institutions participating in the fair represent a diverse geographical and academic landscape and offer a range of academic programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Fair attendees can learn about various programs and admission criteria for multiple U.S. higher education institutions. Discussions with U.S. universities, EducationUSA advisers, and U.S. Embassy representatives at the fair will help students make informed choices about U.S. higher education, learn about the U.S. student visa application process, and become aware of other aspects of studying and living in the U.S.

These in-person fairs are taking place across eight cities in India – Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru – from August 26, 2023, to September 3, 2023.
